1 - Preliminary definitions
The following general conditions are applicable to all the services proposed on this web site by CITY EXPLORE WEB or its partners.
Please note that making any order or booking on this web site, means an unreserved and irrevocable agreement to the present terms and conditions : consequently, the customer agrees to pay for all confirmed bookings and orders made on line.

2 - Responsabilities
Prices, based on current economic conditions, times, programs and durations are subject to changes : prices include all services mentioned in each tour description.
CITY EXPLORE WEB and its suppliers cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items or luggage, during the tours, in the buses or anywhere else, and no guarantee can be given to recover them.
CITY EXPLORE WEB partners and suppliers reserve the right to cancel or modify any service without previous notice, if the customers comfort or safety require it, and in case of strike, demonstration or bad traffic conditions.
The customer is responsible for the use of this web site, and agrees not using it for a prohibited purpose. He personally has to check that all information given to CITY EXPLORE WEB while ordering or confirming a booking is correct : in case of mistake or if any change is required, he has to contact CITY EXPLORE WEB .
CITY EXPLORE WEB cannot be held responsible for any problem due to a wrong information given by the customer himself.

3 - Payment and voucher issue
The prices indicated in this web site are in Euros and include all taxes, unless different information mentioned in the tour description.
Any order or booking will be confirmed only after payment, by credit card, using the secured payment system provided by CITY EXPLORE WEB .
After payment, CITY EXPLORE WEB will send a voucher by e-mail to each customer : this voucher has to be printed, as a proof of purchase, and will be presented to the service provider.
Before any booking, the customer has to check he can print his vouchers : no bank document will be accepted as a proof of payment.

4 - Informations
No insurance for cancellation nor assistance is included in the prices mentioned on the web site.
Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey; especially if he wishes to go to London with the EL tour, he has to own a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card.
No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.
Smoking on board coaches is strictly forbidden (law of september, 17th, 1977).

5 - Intellectual property
CITY EXPLORE WEB has the rights to use all the information or datas mentioned on this web site.
Consequently, it is strictly forbidden to copy, modify, transfer or to use any part of the web site, without an express authorization given by CITY EXPLORE WEB : only copies for personnal use are accepted.
It is strictly prohibited to resell any product, or to use this web site for commercial purpose, without the express authorization of CITY EXPLORE WEB .

6 - Privacy policy
In accordance with the French law, CITY EXPLORE WEB made regular declarations to the CNIL authority under the number : The information required by CITY EXPLORE WEB is necessary to process bookings and orders. According to the French law "informatique et libertés" (January, 6th,1978), clients may access, alter or delete any personal information through sending an email. They may also forward a letter at CITY EXPLORE WEB : 2/6 rue Marengo 75001 PARIS - France, with their Family name, firt name and adress.

7 - Applicable law
These General Conditions and all the operations made through this web site are governed by the French law : if a dispute should happen, the Paris Court would be competent, without regard to any other.
